Security Awareness Analyst

Help the People Centred Security Squad build security awareness that protects Monzo’s customers while enabling the bank to move quickly. Create engaging content across Slack, email, presentations, training, and events; develop micro-learning and behaviour nudges; and run the day-to-day security awareness programme with campaigns, documentation, and reporting. Translate complex security topics into clear guidance, using metrics and feedback to improve and influence the security roadmap.
