Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive trucks to and from outside warehouses and move trailers on site as needed.
  • •Transport scrap materials and scrap regrind between outside and on-site areas.
  • •Conduct safety inspections (e.g., forklifts, dock boards/locks, chocks, lights, tractors and trailers).
  • •Operate scanning and bar-coding equipment for traceability and complete driver daily logs.
  • •Maintain GMP/SQF and Food Safety compliance, support security diligence, and help prevent nonconforming product from shipping.

Key Requirements

  • •Must be able to perform Warehouse Tech work instructions.
  • •Must be able to operate a forklift under the Powered Industrial Truck Standard and be certified per site requirements.
  • •Must successfully complete written test, performance evaluation, and site certification for forklift operation.
  • •Must complete a Driver's Daily Log for hours of service.
  • •Must be able to perform assigned responsibilities safely after training.
