•Be familiar with the hotel’s VIP guests and the events taking place in the hotel.
•Communicate with guests to learn their special wishes and coordinate fulfillment with other departments.
•Inform guests about additional services and special offers, and actively sell them.
•Develop positive and professional cooperation with other hotel departments.

Key Requirements

•Successful previous experience in hospitality and guest service.
•Excellent computer and hotel system OPERA skills.
•Very good knowledge of Latvian and English (other languages are an advantage).
