Own financial strategy for key departments, embedding with leadership to pressure-test plans, surface tradeoffs, and translate decisions into spend discipline and profitability. Lead data-driven financial deep dives and analyses to identify business problems, root causes, and early signals. Support micro- and macro-level performance narratives, consolidation, and ad-hoc analysis while driving strategic planning (annual planning and long-range vision) and bringing AI into the FP&A workflow.
