Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide crop management and nutrient application to farmland areas in an environmentally sound and sustainable fashion.
  • •Perform general maintenance on equipment, including moving reels/pivots/pumps and driving tractor/mowers.
  • •Weed eating, spraying, side mowing, bush hogging, disking fields, and maintaining record keeping.
  • •Conduct daily rainfall readings/inspections; support spill recoveries with a trash pump; winterize equipment and pump/transferring water or effluent.
  • •Comply with Safety (IPS), Bio-Security (BMS), and Environmental (EMS) management system rules; be on call for emergency situations.
