Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the lead coordinator for high-profile Ferguson Academy programs and enterprise learning experiences.
  • •Provide day-to-day guidance and mentoring to Learning Experience Coordinators and help standardize learner experience and program execution.
  • •Lead onsite execution of academy learning programs, including venue readiness, learner and facilitator support, materials, schedules, and overall quality.
  • •Coordinate participant communications and pre-program logistics, including budgeting support, vendor management, invoices, and billback processes.
  • •Manage Workday Learning administration and reporting (course setup, enrollment, session management, attendance, rosters, and completion records) and support continuous workflow improvement.

Key Requirements
