Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, configure, and develop ServiceNow solutions across enterprise modules and custom applications.
  • •Implement AI-powered automation and conversational workflow solutions using Now Assist, GenAI Skills, AI Agents, and Flow Designer.
  • •Build and maintain scoped applications using ServiceNow Studio, including workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, script includes, catalogs, and integrations.
  • •Develop and support enterprise integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, and MID Server, and orchestrate workflows across applications.
  • •Perform unit testing, debugging, defect resolution, peer reviews, and support platform upgrades, enhancements, and release management activities.

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years of ServiceNow platform development experience, including intelligent workflow automation, enterprise integrations, and CMDB/CSDM implementations.
  • •Hands-on ServiceNow Developer experience in enterprise or consulting environments.
  • •Expertise in JavaScript, Glide APIs, Flow Designer, Script Includes, Business Rules, Client Scripts, and UI Policies.
  • •Experience with at least two ServiceNow modules (e.g., ITSM, HRSD, CSM, ITOM, Service Catalog, and custom applications).
  • •Hands-on experience with Now Assist, GenAI Skills, AI Agents/agentic workflows, and AI Search Predictive Intelligence.
