Key Responsibilities

  • •Conduct land surveys to determine property boundaries, topography, and features using surveying instruments and techniques.
  • •Mark boundaries and define easements, rights-of-way, and other land divisions in compliance with legal requirements and surveying standards.
  • •Create maps, charts, plats, and engineering layout guidance to support land development, construction, and planning projects.
  • •Establish horizontal and vertical control points and collect, compile, and analyze survey data to generate survey reports, drawings, and deliverables.
  • •Prepare legal survey documents (e.g., property descriptions and boundary certificates) and ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and HSE/IMS policies.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 5 years working experience, including 3 years of relevant working experience.
  • •Knowledge of the principles and practices of land surveying and related techniques.
  • •Proficiency with surveying instruments and equipment, and experience producing engineering sketches, maps, and drawings.
  • •Strong analytical skills to interpret survey data, resolve discrepancies, and ensure accuracy of measurements and boundary determinations.
  • •ERP knowledge (preferably SAP functional skills) is required.
