•Serve as program manager, project manager, or technical lead on major hydropower projects and programs, directing multi-disciplinary teams to successful completion with focus on client communication and delivery.
•Lead the pursuit of major hydropower projects, developing proposals and engaging with clients.
•Support senior leaders in developing business strategies for hydropower based on market trends and opportunities within the business line and adjacent sectors.
•Lead client-facing activities to develop business with existing clients and win work with new clients, building relationships with clients, teaming partners, and industry stakeholders.
•Develop strategies and capture plans for major pursuits, aligning with AECOM’s business development strategies and technical capabilities.

•Experience leading hydroelectric design, construction or commissioning projects
•Experience in leading and growing large teams and driving business development/sales/growth
