Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and facilitate all Scrum ceremonies — daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
  • •Partner with Product Owners and Engineering Managers to ensure clear prioritization and alignment of sprint goals.
  • •Remove blockers, manage dependencies, and drive continuous improvement in delivery processes.
  • •Ensure adherence to agile principles and best practices across teams.
  • •Foster a culture of transparency, accountability, and collaboration.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • •Certified Scrum Master (CSM, PSM I/II) or equivalent agile certification.
  • •4+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in agile software development environments.
  • •Proven experience working in consumer platforms.
  • •Strong understanding of agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and DevOps practices.
