Job Function: Program & Project Management (PMO)

Key Responsibilities

•Lead and facilitate all Scrum ceremonies — daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
•Partner with Product Owners and Engineering Managers to ensure clear prioritization and alignment of sprint goals.
•Remove blockers, manage dependencies, and drive continuous improvement in delivery processes.
•Ensure adherence to agile principles and best practices across teams.
•Foster a culture of transparency, accountability, and collaboration.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred).
•Certified Scrum Master (CSM, PSM I/II) or equivalent agile certification.
•4+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in agile software development environments.
•Proven experience working in consumer platforms.
•Strong understanding of agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and DevOps practices.
