Key Responsibilities

•Own operational performance metrics and KPIs across sales order management, procurement, and logistics/delivery order management.
•Identify and drive supply chain process improvement opportunities, including efficiency, productivity, cost savings, and simplicity solutions.
•Manage risk and oversee supply chain operational activities to assure business continuity and compliance.
•Manage a team of individual contributors, setting annual performance plans, coaching, career development, and performance/talent management including succession planning.
•Partner cross-functionally with market/theatre teams, IT, and stakeholders to ensure process and technology efficiency and influence internal/external stakeholders at executive levels.

Key Requirements

•10+ years of experience with a major focus on supply chain.
•3-5 years of people management/lead experience in large global teams and/or organizations.
•Superior knowledge of supply chain processes (Plan, Source, Make, Deliver, Returns) and strategy requirements.
•Solid understanding of SAP, including experience with SAP R/3 and S4, and sales orders for services supply chain.
•Proven quantitative analytical abilities plus supply chain process improvement experience.
