Key Responsibilities

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in construction management, cost management, quantity surveying, engineering, or a field related to construction.
  • •Graduate degree in quantity surveying, cost management, construction management, or engineering preferred.
  • •15+ years of relevant cost management or quantity surveying experience.
  • •2+ years managing high-performing cost management teams in a consulting environment, with prior people management experience.
  • •Proven track record managing successful cost management service delivery for clients and strong business development acumen.
