Job Summary

Manage the implementation of high-net-worth client investment portfolios, focusing on trading, rebalancing, and transitioning accounts. Oversee Portfolio Implementation workflows, including account group setup, dashboards, and documented procedures, ensuring accurate execution of tactical allocation, manager changes, tax loss harvesting, and cash management activities. Partner closely with Senior Portfolio Managers and the Portfolio Administration team to monitor account dashboards, enter trades, and drive successful system conversions while staying accountable for risk and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

•Collaborate with Senior Portfolio Managers to implement trading and rebalancing for high-net-worth investment portfolios.
•Oversee portfolio transitions, including tactical allocation and manager changes, tax loss harvesting, and cash management activities for agency, trust, and charitable accounts.
•Manage Portfolio Implementation workflows such as account groups, dashboards, and documented procedures to support system conversions.
•Perform account configuration for Portfolio Implementation, including setup of UMA sleeves, asset migration, and documentation of Investment Policy rules and standing instructions.
•Monitor account dashboards and support trade order entry, coordinating with Senior Portfolio Managers and the Portfolio Administration team to implement strategy and transition changes.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree required; Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration preferred.
•Minimum 3 years of experience involving investment trading applications.
•Proficiency analyzing and manipulating data in software applications.
•Experience performing in environments with individual accountability and team-based performance.
•Excellent interpersonal, verbal, written, and presentation skills, with strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
