Job Summary

Inspect printed packaging items and perform required tests (UPC scans, visual inspection, tape and IPA testing) to ensure products meet customer specifications. Record and manage suspect product via NCMRs, run checks on metal detectors and skid scanners, and train new inspectors. Support monthly micro-sampling and help prepare the warehouse for customer, ISO, SQF, and IMS audits while enforcing safety, environmental, and Department of Health requirements.

•Train new inspectors on procedures for new products or test methods.
•Maintain, document, and perform special tests; support monthly micro samples and audits while enforcing safety and health requirements.

•Ability to communicate professionally with customers and auditors.
•Knowledge of C-Pro, ISO, SQF, IMS and HACCP.
