Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage field corrosion prevention work for internal, external, atmospheric, tank, and AC corrosion, including design and installation projects.
  • •Evaluate and maintain internal corrosion chemical programs (including corrosion coupons and chemical injection pump adjustments) and monitor product downtime and flow velocities.
  • •Perform CP surveys and testing, including interrupted Annual/Periodic surveys, CIS/Depolarization, DCVG, ECDA, and ultrasonic thickness testing; verify data and develop remedial action plans.
  • •Inspect and maintain cathodic protection infrastructure (rectifiers, solar rectifiers, RMUs, sacrificial anode systems), including bi-monthly rectifier inspections and tap setting troubleshooting.
  • •Supervise contractor crews and coordinate compliance activities such as regulatory inspections, operator qualification (OQ) maintenance, and annual corrosion budget support.
Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years’ experience in pipeline or related operations.
  • •NACE Corrosion Technician or Corrosion Technologist certification; internal corrosion knowledge required.
  • •Knowledge and hands-on experience with PCS/CPDM software applications (American Innovation PCS/CPDM).
  • •Proficiency with computer applications including Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • •Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license and maintain a satisfactory driving record.
