Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute inventory management processes with a focus on maximizing accuracy and reducing shrink
  • •Investigate and root cause inventory accuracy issues, partnering with the General/Store Manager to escalate gaps
  • •Support key operational functions including shipment, receiving, processing, reverse transfers, sales floor recovery, replenishment, floor set updates, and supply management
  • •Maintain and champion strong visual standards for the sales floor
  • •Support safe operations through strong stockroom standards and processes, moving dynamically to assess and fulfill business and guest needs

Key Requirements

  • •1+ years of prior work experience in a client-centric, sales & operational environment
  • •Ability to work constant movement in and around all areas of the store

  • •Ability to lift, bend, kneel, climb, crawl, safely climb up/down a ladder, and stand/move for an entire shift
