Job Summary

Own the strategic roadmap and end-to-end delivery of Allianz’s shared data products and services, spanning areas such as Anti-Fraud, Cat Analytics, GEOspatial information systems, and the Global Data Layer. Lead a global cross-functional team and advise executive stakeholders on data and analytics topics. Drive adoption of AI/GenAI and agentic frameworks, ensure governance and performance across the data product lifecycle, and manage budgets, vendors, and SLA execution.

Key Responsibilities

•Define and execute the strategic roadmap for shared data products and services, aligned with Allianz Group’s business and IT strategy, including adoption of AI/GenAI and agentic frameworks.
•Oversee the full lifecycle of enterprise-grade data products, ensuring governance, compliance, security, and performance standards.
•Drive innovation by embedding AI, ML, and real-time analytics capabilities into product roadmaps to make shared services future-ready.
•Lead, mentor, and develop a global team across multiple geographies, including data engineers, architects, product managers, and analytics professionals.
•Manage department budget, vendor contracts, and SLA performance; secure investment funds and handle customer escalations while driving continuous improvement.

•Experience leading data and analytics delivery in large global organizations (10+ years) with a track record of enterprise-scale platforms and solutions.
•Strong cloud platform knowledge across AWS, Azure, and GCP.
•Solid understanding of AI/ML and practical application, with hands-on agentic development experience as a strong plus.
•Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
