Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and execute the strategic roadmap for shared data products and services, aligned with Allianz Group’s business and IT strategy, including adoption of AI/GenAI and agentic frameworks.
  • •Oversee the full lifecycle of enterprise-grade data products, ensuring governance, compliance, security, and performance standards.
  • •Drive innovation by embedding AI, ML, and real-time analytics capabilities into product roadmaps to make shared services future-ready.
  • •Lead, mentor, and develop a global team across multiple geographies, including data engineers, architects, product managers, and analytics professionals.
  • •Manage department budget, vendor contracts, and SLA performance; secure investment funds and handle customer escalations while driving continuous improvement.

Key Requirements

  • •Deep expertise in modern data architectures and data integration technologies, including enterprise governance frameworks.
  • •Experience leading data and analytics delivery in large global organizations (10+ years) with a track record of enterprise-scale platforms and solutions.
  • •Strong cloud platform knowledge across AWS, Azure, and GCP.
  • •Solid understanding of AI/ML and practical application, with hands-on agentic development experience as a strong plus.
