Key Responsibilities

  • •Own end-to-end revenue accounting policies under ASC 606 (or IFRS 15), including complex contract review and variable consideration.
  • •Ensure NetSuite Advanced Revenue Management (ARM) is implemented and compliant with internal and external accounting standards.
  • •Research and document positions on complex and emerging accounting issues (e.g., R&D NRE, leases, stock-based compensation, debt/equity instruments, impairments).
  • •Draft technical memos and accounting position papers for controller and external auditors.
  • •Build, manage, and develop a team of revenue and technical accounting professionals, including sign-off on quarterly and annual close and strengthening SOX-related controls.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in accounting or Finance; CPA required.
  • •10+ years of progressive accounting experience, including significant time in public accounting (Big 4 preferred) and/or a corporate technical accounting/revenue role.
  • •Deep expertise in ASC 606 and broad technical accounting knowledge across multiple GAAP areas.
  • •Experience with SEC reporting and public company requirements (strongly preferred).
  • •Prior people management experience, with a track record of building and developing high-performing teams.
