Job Summary

Partner with sophisticated developers and enterprises to design and deploy generative AI applications using OpenAI APIs. You’ll help shape AI strategic roadmaps, move prototypes into production, and translate customer needs into enterprise architecture. Embedded as a technical thought partner, you’ll prototype solutions, manage stakeholder relationships, scale best practices through open-source resources, and deliver high-signal feedback across Product, Engineering, and Research.

•Serve as a technical thought partner for advanced platform customers, ideating and building novel applications on OpenAI APIs.
•Guide customers on maximizing business impact and accelerating time to value from their AI applications.
•Experiment and prototype solutions with and for customers.
•Forge and manage relationships with customer leadership and stakeholders to ensure successful deployment and scaling.
•Share knowledge and best practices (including publishing cookbooks) and deliver high-signal feedback to Product, Engineering, and Research.

Salary: USD 197,000 - 278,000 annually

•5+ years of technical consulting (or equivalent) experience.
•Proficiency in Python and JavaScript.
•Built and/or delivered prototypes on top of an API platform.
•Led complex technical projects and programs with many stakeholders.
•Can identify opportunities to maximize customer business value using OpenAI APIs end-to-end.
