Key Responsibilities

  • •Participate in team product meetings and provide insight from strategy through day-to-day development progress
  • •Maintain conversations with developer community members via channels such as IRC, social media, product forums, and meet-ups
  • •Collaborate with colleagues across teams to establish commonality and consistent approaches
  • •Help solve technical problems identified by users or colleagues
  • •Contribute technical documentation, create technical articles/presentations/workshops, and present at conferences and events

  • •Contribution history in open-source communities, including software and documentation
  • •Ability to communicate and present confidently and empathetically, and to travel globally twice a year for events
