Customer Engineer I

Serve as the direct liaison with customers to install, maintain, and upgrade semiconductor and display manufacturing equipment. Use digital analytics and basic diagnostic techniques to troubleshoot technical issues and perform preventative and corrective maintenance across electrical, vacuum, mechanical, plasma, hydraulic, and gas systems (with training). Coordinate with customers to ensure smooth operations and deliver exceptional service alongside Senior Field Service Engineers.
