Job Summary

Support daily facility maintenance and preventative programs for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, mechanical systems, and building automation/control systems. Troubleshoot and repair issues to minimize downtime, maintain the on-site facilities and off-site warehouse, and coordinate contractors and service providers. Participate in inspections, safety audits, and compliance programs, execute scheduled work orders, document results, and assist with emergency response and facility security checks.

•Perform routine and preventative maintenance on facility systems and equipment, including HVAC, electrical, compressed air/chilled water/pumping, building automation, and fire safety systems.
•Troubleshoot and repair facility issues to ensure safe operations and minimal downtime.
•Maintain facilities and off-site warehouse upkeep, including general maintenance and minor construction tasks.
•Coordinate outside contractors and service providers for services such as landscaping, snow removal, janitorial, and construction.
