Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and manage market and competitor studies for assigned product lines internationally, partnering with Merchandising and analyzing forecasts and sales.
  • •Collaboratively develop and ensure detailed collection strategies on a seasonal basis aligned with company and Business Unit strategies, sharing best practices with product line managers.
  • •Develop the Merchandising plan (MPL) and manage fulfillment of range planning parameters (category/segments/styles/price points/DC/customers/product flow/color merchandising).
  • •Lead and drive the product category through the full product development and creation process based on the Go-to-Market calendar.
  • •Ensure collection reflects market needs by coordinating with Merchandising, Design, and Development (PUMA Group Sourcing), and present strategy to international partners and key accounts.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 7 years of experience in product management, product marketing, or collection merchandising in the footwear lifestyle industry, with strong footwear production creation knowledge.
  • •Leadership experience to motivate and mentor others, set priorities, and structure team work on a daily, weekly, and seasonal basis.
  • •Ability to work unsupervised in a fast-paced environment and proactively report to management.
  • •Analytical skills and strong MS Office proficiency (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • •Excellent English knowledge (written and spoken) and strong presenting skills.
