Key Responsibilities

  • •Attend training sessions and adhere to SMASH curriculum structure.
  • •Facilitate To+Through Workshop Sessions (1.5hr, 3 days/week) alternating between whole group, small group, and individual facilitation.
  • •Guide conversations to ensure all voices are heard and manage the group to meet daily outcomes.
  • •Log student achievement data weekly and communicate absences.
  • •Attend weekly staff meetings and support completion of deliverables (pre/post assessments, attendance, surveys, inventory).

Key Requirements

  • •Demonstrated experience co-facilitating workshops with 15-25 participants (preferably at high school level).
  • •A belief that ALL scholars are capable of growing and achieving as learners.
  • •Excellent communication, presentation, and organization skills; reliable and dependable.
  • •Willingness to adapt to new technologies and virtual/video conferencing tools.
  • •Ability to attend training dates and program dates and work collaboratively with a team.
