Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain the store in “Shape as New” through all-round building maintenance and repairs.
  • •Perform journey-level diagnosis and repair of building assets, equipment, and facilities.
  • •Carry out routine preventative maintenance on equipment according to the PPM schedule.
  • •Handle daily diagnosis and maintenance for systems including Mechanical, HVAC, Electrical, and Plumbing.
  • •Coordinate with external service providers and help prepare specifications/scope for contractor premises work while following risk and safety guidelines.

Key Requirements

  • •High School/Trade School graduate.
  • •3–5 years proven experience in building maintenance.
  • •Knowledge of fire and security systems.
  • •Technical knowledge of facilities management (mechanical, electrical, plumbing) and/or building maintenance in a large-scale retail store or mall environment.
  • •Technical knowledge and practical proficiency with specialized building systems such as BMS and electrical systems.
