Operate and support the packaging production line to keep equipment running smoothly and meet daily production goals. Lead line setup and changeovers, provide run sheets and case totals, maintain raw material inventory, and perform basic troubleshooting and minor adjustments. Monitor weights and product appearance, maintain GMP/PPE/safety/quality compliance, assist with QA holds and documentation, and support preventive maintenance and continuous improvement initiatives like 5S.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead team activities for line setup and product changeover, identifying critical controls and issues.
•Provide production run sheets and update production system/case totals to communicate goals to the next shift.
•Set up and operate multiple packaging-area machines; keep the production line clear of jams.
•Perform basic troubleshooting, minor adjustments, and assist with machine codes/dates/prices issues.
•Maintain GMP, PPE, safety, and quality compliance; assist with QA communications, daily KPIs paperwork, and preventive maintenance/continuous improvement (5S).

Key Requirements

•Must have previous mechanical experience and pass required pre-employment testing (tool recognition, hands-on mechanical assessment, Ramsay production assessment).
•1-year production experience in a manufacturing environment and/or a High School Diploma or GED is required.
•Ability to read and understand machine data and demonstrate solid computer skills.
•Lead team support on line setup and changeover; demonstrate leadership and ownership accountabilities.
•Be able to obtain Lockout/Tag out certification.
