Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead team activities for line setup and product changeover, identifying critical controls and issues.
  • •Provide production run sheets and update production system/case totals to communicate goals to the next shift.
  • •Set up and operate multiple packaging-area machines; keep the production line clear of jams.
  • •Perform basic troubleshooting, minor adjustments, and assist with machine codes/dates/prices issues.
  • •Maintain GMP, PPE, safety, and quality compliance; assist with QA communications, daily KPIs paperwork, and preventive maintenance/continuous improvement (5S).

Key Requirements

  • •Must have previous mechanical experience and pass required pre-employment testing (tool recognition, hands-on mechanical assessment, Ramsay production assessment).
  • •1-year production experience in a manufacturing environment and/or a High School Diploma or GED is required.
  • •Ability to read and understand machine data and demonstrate solid computer skills.
  • •Lead team support on line setup and changeover; demonstrate leadership and ownership accountabilities.
  • •Be able to obtain Lockout/Tag out certification.
