Job Summary

Provide technical systems integration support to NTT clients as a subject-matter expert across technologies such as networking, data center, security, collaboration, customer experience, and end-user compute. Create clear technical specifications, propose and validate solution options (including backups), write reports and proposals, and maintain project documentation. Coordinate and coach junior engineers, escalate complex/unresolved issues, and contribute to higher-complexity design with ownership of relevant domains.

Key Responsibilities

•Interact with clients on-site and remotely to meet complex solution requirements.
•Escalate unresolved and complex problems to relevant third parties and respond to escalated client requests.
•Write reports and proposals and complete/maintain project documentation and standard operating procedures for installations and fixes.
•Coordinate activities of junior engineers and contribute to higher-complexity design with input to expected outcomes.
•Coach and mentor more junior implementation engineers and technicians while taking ownership of relevant technologies in the assigned domain/specialization.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Information Technology/Computing or a related field.
•Valid CCNP Voice/Collaboration certification required (and additional customer experience certifications such as NICE Engage, CXOne, etc. are expected).
•Seasoned experience implementing systems across networking, data center, security, customer experience/collaboration, and/or end-user compute.
•Seasoned experience engaging clients and delivering presentations, plus strong report writing and project management skills.
•Collaboration-specific expertise including enterprise deployments and administration of Cisco Unified Communications Manager/Unity/Contact Centre Express, voice gateways, UC environment design, and virtualization experience (e.g., VMware).
