Lead front-of-house daily operations as the right-hand to management—training, motivating, and coaching the team to uphold Wing Shack’s service, cleanliness, and food quality standards. Assist with scheduling and peak-time coverage, support onboarding, and deliver fast, professional guest service. Help manage inventory and ordering, oversee cash handling and POS procedures, and step into the manager role when needed to keep operations running smoothly.
