Job Summary

Oversee the daily operations of the Three-Piece Department, directing production activities to meet safety, quality, inventory, productivity, and housekeeping standards. Ensure compliance with safety practices, SQF food safety guidelines, SOPs, and the Global Code of Conduct. Lead cost-reduction, quality, and safety improvements; manage budgets and hourly personnel performance; coach plant supervisors; and support continuing improvement and environmental requirements at the Chestnut Hill, TN facility.

•Direct and coordinate the production function in the Three-Piece Department to meet safety, quality, inventory, productivity, and housekeeping standards.
•Develop and manage the department budget, implement improvements for cost reduction, quality, and safety, and support developmental or experimental production activities.
•Manage and coach plant supervisors; complete departmental administration such as employee development, salary administration, planning/organizing, and maintaining environmental documentation and waste management compliance.

•Bachelor of Science or equivalent work experience in a related field.

•Ability to handle sensitive and proprietary information confidentially.
