Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage and improve procurement of raw materials, semi-finished and finished goods while controlling planning KPIs (service level, inventory level, inventory losses).
  • •Create purchase orders to fulfill demand requirements based on demand and stock levels.
  • •Monitor and act on purchase requisitions and purchase orders with past release/delivery dates, including daily follow-ups and system updates.
  • •Handle daily raw material crisis alerts and take action to resolve them, keeping planning parameters up to date.
  • •Lead supplier follow-ups (delivery confirmations, missing confirmations, non-conformances) and provide forward-looking forecasts as needed.

  • •2 to 3 years of experience as a Material Planner, Demand Planner, or in logistics.
  • •Bachelor degree (Titulado).
  • •Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables).
  • •SAP experience is desirable.
