Partenaire d'affaires HR

Serve as an operational HR business partner for digital and business teams in Canada and the U.S., supporting day-to-day HR activities and helping implement key practices such as performance management, workforce planning, talent development, compensation, benefits, payroll, and transformation initiatives. Ensure HR compliance with federal/provincial laws (including Québec labor standards and language laws), support organization program rollout and training, and help manage employee concerns and post-acquisition cultural integration.
