•Participate in the team’s agile process and priorities; pull from backlog and deliver with the full scrum team.
•Automate build, operate, and run aspects of software; drive integration of services focusing on customer journey and experience.
•Mentor and guide new team members; drive adoption of technology standards and review work to improve productivity.

•Demonstrated track record with AI and performance tuning and automation.
