Key Responsibilities

  • •Build and operate core compute primitives for production workloads using Kubernetes across different regions and cloud providers.
  • •Improve the delivery pipeline from commit to production by evolving GitOps and deployment patterns to make rollouts safer and faster.
  • •Raise operational reliability by defining SLOs, building dashboards/alerts, writing runbooks, and participating in on-call/incident response.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong problem-solving skills with experience delivering pragmatic production solutions.
  • •Experience with distributed systems fundamentals including networking, service-to-service communication, failure modes, and caching/storage concepts.
  • •Experience working on production systems through industry roles, internships, or substantial open-source work.
  • •Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Argo CD, or GitHub Actions) and infrastructure management tools (Terraform or CloudFormation).
  • •Clear written and verbal communication, including writing docs/runbooks and collaborating across teams.
