Sr. Sales Associate II

Lead on the sales floor as a brand ambassador, driving personal sales and productivity while coaching peers and supporting an elevated client experience. Partner with store leadership to run business-driving events, deepen product knowledge, and exceed omni-channel/virtual and social selling initiatives. Help create short-form and live-stream shopping content, capture client feedback, and manage store opening/closing procedures—supporting an inclusive, high-energy sales culture.
