Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide consistently high standards of customer experience in the store in line with brand values and service standards.
  • •Ensure the store achieves or exceeds sales, KPIs, and profitability goals through planning, expense control, sales/service, and customer service standards.
  • •Recruit, train, develop, and support employee performance, including succession and completion of all training programs.
  • •Maintain payroll control and service-driven scheduling, and run performance recognition, coaching conversations, and the annual talent management process.
  • •Oversee loss prevention, inventory execution (incoming/outgoing merchandise and inventory/shrink goals), marketing initiatives/events, and store presentation standards.
