Key Responsibilities

  • •Set the long-term vision, strategy, and priorities for the platform team supporting Robinhood’s Fraud and Account Operations.
  • •Own the multi-year roadmap for case-management and investigation tooling to prevent complex fraud vectors and protect customer assets.
  • •Drive AI-based automation of fraud alert resolution and account lifecycle claims, including leadership metrics tracking.
  • •Reduce friction and ticket volume for customers affected by fraud controls through messaging, self-serve flows, and policy clarity.
  • •Architect and implement foundational services, policies, and system controls, partnering across compliance, operations, privacy, engineering, data science, and legal.

Key Requirements
