Job Function: Customer Success & Account Management

Key Responsibilities

•Territory management of a geographical area, directing full sales strategy execution from market analysis, sales forecasting, pipeline management and revenue growth through contract negotiation and customer retention.
•Respond quickly to inbound leads and requests; utilize CRM systems to manage customer interactions and opportunities.
•Drive new business development and client acquisition by building relationships with contractors and construction company principals; educate them on how EquipmentShare solves their problems and saves money.
•Maintain and nurture existing customer relationships to ensure 100% satisfaction and inform customers of new ways EquipmentShare can improve their business.
•Present to prospective and existing customers; respond to and resolve inquiries, complaints, or other communications; develop new sales strategies to increase market share and customer experience.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 150,000 - 600,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Tenacious outside sales professional with a proven sales track record and heavyweight outside sales experience.
•Ability to lift, carry, and place objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance.
•Heavy construction equipment or industry knowledge (rental or construction) with experience in B2B sales; willing to be trained on EquipmentShare products.
•Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills with a technical aptitude to adapt to a fast-growing company.
•Competitive, self-motivated, results-driven, and able to thrive in a team-oriented environment; capable of managing strategic and national accounts.
