Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead large-scale SAP TM implementations and transportation transformation programs, guiding network optimization and process redesign.
  • •Serve as a trusted advisor to C-level executives and senior stakeholders, aligning business objectives with solution delivery.
  • •Architect and oversee SAP TM solutions integrated with SAP S/4HANA, EWM, GTS, and third-party systems, including configuration, customization, testing, and deployment.
  • •Direct cross-functional project teams, providing coaching, knowledge transfer, and capability building for transportation management.
  • •Support pre-sales and thought leadership by developing proposals and statements of work and representing the firm at industry conferences and client forums.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of SAP consulting experience with 8–10+ years focused on SAP Transportation Management.
  • •Led or played key roles in 5+ full lifecycle SAP TM implementations from blueprint through hypercare.
  • •Experience across multiple industry verticals (manufacturing, retail, consumer goods, logistics service providers, chemicals).
  • •Experience with complementary SAP modules such as Extended Warehouse Management (EWM), Global Trade Services (GTS), Event Management (EM), and Yard Logistics (YL).
  • •Cloud migration and pre-sales experience, including RFP response, solution demos, proof-of-concept development, and proposal creation.
