Field-based prenatal sales role driving adoption of UNITY Fetal Risk Screen in OBGYN, MFM, and genetic counseling clinics. You’ll cultivate relationships, develop strategic plans, manage the full sales lifecycle from lead generation to close, and represent a cutting-edge diagnostic product in a startup-like environment within a high-growth healthcare company.

Key Responsibilities

•Increase utilization of UNITY Fetal Risk Screen and drive market development through direct sales to OBGYNs, MFMs, and Genetic Counselors.
•Identify, develop, and manage commercial relationships with key opinion leaders in medicine and other healthcare professionals.
•Prospect and cultivate new business and maintain key relationships.
•Identify and capitalize on commercial opportunities for growth within your geography – primarily in OBGYN, MFM, GC clinics, hospital systems, and FQHCs.
•Create and implement a strategic business plan to grow utilization quickly in your geography.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 184,569 - 248,269 annually

Key Requirements

•Minimum three (3) years of outside field sales experience within the healthcare sector, directly calling upon providers in the specified geographic territory.
•Demonstrated successful sales track record, understanding of buyer/decision maker types, exhibit effective selling, listening, presentation skills, and ability to assess and respond to customer needs.
•Excellent organizational and communication skills with demonstrated ability to effectively present to both internal and external customers.
•Effective time management skills with demonstrated ability to assess and prioritize opportunities.
•Ability to work independently in a startup environment with urgency to close business and strong analytical and interpersonal skills.
