Key Responsibilities

  • •Set and execute dnata Singapore’s multi-year business strategy aligned to the global direction.
  • •Oversee integration across Operations, Cargo, Commercial, HR, Finance, and Safety to meet strategic objectives.
  • •Drive transformation programmes (automation, digitalisation, process optimisation) to meet customer SLAs and regulatory requirements.
  • •Champion a strong safety culture and ensure risk controls, safety systems, and reporting are proactively managed.
  • •Take full P&L accountability, including budgeting, forecasting, performance management, and capital planning.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in business (or related field).
  • •10+ years leading a business at C-suite level in logistics, aviation, or ground handling.
  • •Proven experience managing full P&L.
  • •Experience leading teams in a blue-collar and multicultural environment.
  • •Excellent written and verbal English communication to influence senior stakeholders; must be able to obtain an Airport Pass.
