Job Summary

Join Carvana’s reconditioning team in an entry-level role supporting vehicle readiness in the inspection centers. You’ll help detail vehicles (wash, clean interiors, buff exteriors) and/or move vehicles between departments, take vehicle photos for customers, and inspect vehicles for imperfections. This 2nd shift position includes training, a pay range of $16–$17 hourly, and the ability to work mandatory overtime as needed.

Key Responsibilities

•Detail vehicles, including washing, interior cleaning, and exterior buffing.
•Move vehicles between departments within the inspection centers.
•Take photos of vehicles for customer visibility in vehicle spinners.
•Inspect vehicle interiors and exteriors and accurately identify imperfections/defects.
•Work 2nd shift (Mon–Thurs 4pm–3am) and be able to work mandatory overtime based on business needs.

Salary: USD 16 - 17 hourly

Key Requirements

•Be able to physically operate vehicle equipment and tools, including lifting up to 60 pounds independently.
•Be at least 18 years old and possess a valid driver’s license (some positions may require an MVR check).
•Work in a fast-paced, ever-changing production environment and be able to handle exposure to excessive weather conditions (heat/cold).
•Use safety equipment (face shield or goggles, non-slip shoes, gloves, mask, and other protective garments/equipment).
•Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English.
