Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver outstanding consumer service using the C.H.A.R.M. service model.
  • •Educate consumers on products, in-store promotions, and events.
  • •Assist across store departments, including consumer service, product knowledge/placement, visual presentation, and stock room management.
  • •Support retail operations such as POS system management, stock replenishment, pricing and markdown processes, and loyalty program promotions.
  • •Maintain cleanliness and recovery standards, and follow asset protection, shortage prevention, inventory control, and compliance procedures.

Key Requirements

  • •Be 18 years or older.
  • •Have at least SPM / O Level or above.
  • •Minimum 1 to 2 years of working experience, preferably in retail.
  • •Fluent in English; proficiency in other languages is an advantage.
