Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure quality consistency of blends and packaging at the co-packer unit, including conducting blend quality audits.
  • •Ensure correct quality selection of spirits and flavors and implement specification norms.
  • •Monitor reference samples and online quality of finished goods.
  • •Maintain measurement accuracy of blend inputs to minimize measurement errors and batch-to-batch variation.
  • •Sustain ISO 9001 and ISO 22000 systems; support sensory evaluation and CAPA; ensure QSE standards and monthly reporting; assess vendor performance through quality trend review.

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years of relevant experience in a similar capacity, preferably in FMCG manufacturing.
  • •Knowledge of quality systems, including ISO 22000 and ISO 9001.

  • •Competence in blending and tank room operations, plus hands-on experience with bottling and shop-floor work/unit management.
  • •Proficiency with Excel/number crunching, Microsoft Office, and physical/chemical test knowhow for alcoholic beverage blends and water (including laboratory management).
