Lead the shopping experience by modeling customer service, coaching the team, and supporting sales and merchandising goals. Reporting to the Store Manager, you’ll help maximize sales opportunities, train selling behaviors, and support store operations—from getting products to the floor to maintaining visual merchandising. You’ll drive a positive, engaging store culture while meeting store and individual performance goals.
