Customer Support Specialist

Provide courteous, efficient support to the Airbnb community as a Resolution Specialist. You’ll be the first point of contact to handle and resolve customer inquiries via phone, email, and messages, including urgent situations. Use knowledge resources to research, troubleshoot, and investigate issues, compose accurate responses, and mediate between users with empathy and fairness. Manage multiple concurrent tasks across 24x7 rotational shifts.
