Key Responsibilities

•Build and execute strategies for working with enterprise partners: training their teams, setting up joint operations, and keeping everyone aligned.
•Handle the partnership life cycle, from onboarding to expanding and renewing collaborations.
•Act as the voice of the customer – understand the explicit and implicit business needs across the enterprises we partner with.
•Leverage your understanding of financial services workflows to develop joint solutions and clearly communicate Rogo’s benefits.
•Team up with engineering, product, and GTM teams to deliver these solutions and measure success with KPIs and reports.

Key Requirements

•3+ years experience in a front office finance position, specifically sales & trading (FICC preferred, not required)
•Outstanding project management and communication skills; extremely organized, detail-oriented
•An action-oriented mindset that balances creative problem-solving with the scrappiness to ultimately deliver results
•Bonus: Early employee at a hyper-growth startup
•Bonus: LLM knowledge (can you explain how a transformer works?)
