Deliver end-to-end corporate actions/asset servicing processing in a controlled, high-volume environment, ensuring accurate execution and adherence to regulatory and client deadlines. Handle client and internal stakeholder queries and exceptions, perform operational documentation and evidence collection for audit readiness, and support incident review and root-cause actions. Contribute to UAT and change initiatives, identify process inefficiencies, and help drive straight-through processing with practical improvements.

Key Responsibilities

•Execute corporate actions and asset servicing processing (income/dividends, tax-related processing, proxy voting) with high accuracy and within regulatory/client deadlines.
•Maintain accurate status tracking and ensure timely updates to systems and stakeholders.
•Resolve client/internal stakeholder queries and exceptions through fact-finding, coordinated resolution, and prompt escalation with recommendations.
•Follow documented procedures and control requirements; maintain evidence and records for audit readiness and participate in incident reviews and root-cause analysis.
•Support UAT and change initiatives to improve system capabilities and drive STP; propose practical enhancements to improve productivity and controls.

Key Requirements

•5-10 years of experience in securities/banking operations, preferably in asset servicing operations.
•Understanding of the corporate actions lifecycle, including JASDEC and BOJ Net operational processes.
•Native-level Japanese and business-level English communication skills (reading/writing/speaking/listening).
•Experience supporting automation, system enhancement, and/or UAT.
•JSDA Certified Securities Broker Representative (mandatory requirement).
