Key Responsibilities

  • •Prepare technical aspects of productions by analyzing technical needs and studying technical riders to identify equipment and staffing requirements.
  • •Contribute to technical feasibility and plan human and material resources needed for each event.
  • •Produce or arrange technical plans and operating documents, and support the Production Director with execution monitoring.
  • •Coordinate technical suppliers, ensure quality of equipment execution, and follow on-site during setup/operation/dismantling while respecting deadlines.
  • •Develop technical preliminary budgets, optimize costs, ensure safety and compliance rules, and support risk-prevention measures.

Key Requirements

  • •Bac+2/5 in live event/spectacle production or an equivalent technical field
  • •At least 3 years’ experience in a technical role for live entertainment venues/events
  • •Knowledge of live entertainment and event techniques

  • •Basic knowledge of budget management and applicable event safety rules
