Process Engineer

Improve operations performance at a manufacturing facility by supporting day-to-day product and process execution and leading process improvement efforts. Collaborate cross-functionally across Supply Chain, Operations, EHS, Quality, laboratory, manufacturing, engineering, sales, and marketing. Drive safety improvements, support scale-ups and existing product improvements, troubleshoot operational challenges, and lead coating trials, SOP changes, and Standard Operating Conditions Program initiatives while owning key performance indicators.
