Job Summary

Build and productionize ML/AI solutions for a large online dating platform, working with Product Owners and Data Scientists to translate requirements into working models. Contribute to LLM-based initiatives, explore and test new algorithms, and improve fraud, matching, and search experiences. Design scalable pipelines and tracking tooling, manage the full ML/agent lifecycle with monitoring and anomaly detection, and write production-grade, observable code.

Key Requirements

•B.S., M.S, or PhD in computer science (or a scientific discipline with substantial engineering experience).
•Minimum of 5+ years post-graduation experience as a Machine Learning Engineer, Software Engineer with algorithm experience, Data Scientist, or similar.
•Minimum of 3+ years building and productionalizing ML pipelines and solutions in a commercial application, including deploying and operating LLM solutions.
•Minimum of 3+ years supporting Data Scientists with development, evaluation, and productionalization of ML models.
•Significant deep learning experience using tools such as PyTorch/TensorFlow, with strong programming skills and a history of deploying to production.
